Return and Refund Policy

At MM Gifts, customer satisfaction is our priority. As many of our products are personalized and custom-made, please review our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the customized nature of our products, personalized and custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

The product is damaged during transit.
The wrong product was delivered.
The product has a manufacturing defect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Personalized or customized products.
Products with customer-provided text, images, or designs.
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling after delivery.
Sale, clearance, or promotional items unless received damaged or defective.

3. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

Order number
Clear photos of the product
Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Description of the issue

4. Refunds

Refunds will be approved only if:

The product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
The issue is reported within the required timeframe.

Once approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Replacements

Where applicable, MM Gifts may offer a replacement product instead of a refund. Replacement requests will be reviewed based on the nature of the issue.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production or customization begins.
Once customization or production has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Any eligible refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–10 business days.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by MM Gifts.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs where applicable.
