Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. Delivery availability may vary depending on the destination and courier service coverage.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Tamil Nadu: 2–5 business days
South India: 3–7 business days
Other States in India: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Free shipping offers may be available on selected products or promotional campaigns.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable) to monitor your shipment status.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. MM Gifts is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number and supporting photos (if applicable).
We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, MM Gifts cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, strikes, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
